Laurie-DodgeDr. Laurie Dodge, Vice Chancellor of Institutional Assessment and Planning is serving as co-chair of The Competency-Based Education Network (CBEN), a Lumina-funded consortium supporting colleges and universities moving forward with CBE learning models among 18 member institutions, including Brandman University. The network has seen growing interest in competency-based education in the year since it launched – from Congress, the Education Department and individual universities, and continues to grow. Dr. Dodge says expanding the network now “will make our work even stronger and continue to inform the field.”
