Global corporations have supported employees pursuing secondary education for years. However, many companies haven’t actively marketed them to employees or tracked the impact of the investment, until now. The latest trend in adult learning is powered by top organizations partnering with local colleges and leading online academic institutions to expand affordability and accessibility to employees.
Chief Learning Officer® interviewed Brandman University’s Chancellor Gary Brahm to discuss how nontraditional students need a different approach to earning their degrees.
