Leaders from business and education communities in the High Desert recent joined members of the Brandman faculty and Victorville campus staff for the School of Education Advisory Board meeting.

Dean Christine Zeppos updated the group on accreditation under National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE) standards, milestones in academic excellence and the “principal of the future program” –the revised Master of Arts in educational leadership and administration (MA-ELA).

The meeting, which was planned and facilitated by Victorville campus director Susanne Eisenhart and Dr. Annie Hough-Everage, included discussions about educational partnerships and accreditation, looked at existing partnerships, community needs and the impact of the housing market on jobs and school growth.
