Focusing on the advancement of nonprofit mission, this program covers strategic governance, nonprofit business design and development, target market and trend analysis, assessing client needs, effective program design principles and continuous process improvement.
The Leadership Development Certificate is a three-phase program designed for both emerging and experienced leaders that want practical and proven tools to build leadership capacity, improve employee performance, increase team effectiveness and enhance organizational productivity. Each phase of the program consists of a separate 35-45 hour certificate program that integrates and builds on the knowledge and skill development of the previous phase. Although it is recommended the certificate programs be taken in sequence, it is not a requirement.
