Mark Bautista is a Quality Assurance Manager who partners with students, faculty and staff to impart technological knowledge and skills that push forward the quality of the educational experience at Brandman University. Mark is passionate about the value of technology, especially within the context of higher education, and does everything he can to spread the word. This includes group trainings with faculty or students, research on upcoming and trending educational technologies, and reviews and assessments of currently implemented workflows and solutions. Mark holds a BA in Economics and a minor in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine and is also a certified Quality Matters peer reviewer.
