Biography

Dr. Gibson is married to his best friend and is the proud father of two wonderful children, Tim (31) and Katherine (27), six rescued dogs, two rescued cats, and twenty-five chickens. He resides deep in the woods on a beautiful pristine island in the Puget Sound near Seattle, Washington. Dr. Gibson is a full-time associate professor of psychology at Brandman University as well as program director of the MFT program at five of Brandman's Washington state campuses and the online campus. He has been at Brandman University more than 10 years. He is active in faculty leadership as well as multiple professional roles in the American Psychological Association, the Western Psychological Association, and multiple local community service organizations. He shares that he loves every aspect of his work....especially his students!
